摘要

2017 年 12 月，中国工信部公布了首批 11 个国家工业遗产名单，鞍山钢铁厂是其中之一，以鞍山钢铁厂为主体的鞍山工业遗产是近现代中国钢铁工业遗产的典型代表，见证了中国钢铁工业的起步与发展，为中国钢铁工业的发展和经济建设做出了巨大贡献，充分反映了鞍山的工业文化与城市文脉。

在鞍山城市更新过程中，部分工业遗产已经被拆毁，其保护与再利用工作十分迫切，但是对其保护与再利用的理论研究较少，在鞍山工业遗产的价值评价与分级利用层面、宏观上开发模式与城市发展的联系层面、微观上建构实体和空间环境的保护与再利用方法层面的相关研究仍处于空白现状。

本文在对鞍山工业遗产充分调研的基础上，针对当前鞍山工业遗产保护和再利用中的问题，结合鞍山工业遗产的特征，提出适应性的策略和方法。

立足于鞍山当地实际，建立鞍山市工业遗产的价值评价体系，进行工业遗产的分级，根据不同等级的工业遗产制定层次性的保护与利用梯度。将工业遗产保护与再利用融入鞍山城市发展，探讨了基于城市宏观层面工业遗产再利用模式的选择，并结合工业遗产本体条件，因地制宜地采用多样化的利用模式。再基于原真性与地域性原则提出对鞍山工业遗产建构实体、内部空间、外部空间环境的保护与再利用方法。

Abstract

In December 2017, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China announced the list of the first 11 national industrial heritage sites. The Anshan Iron and Steel Plant is one of them. The Anshan Industrial Complex with the Anshan Iron and Steel Plant as the main body is a typical representative of the modern Chinese steel industry heritage and witnessed China. The start-up and development of the iron and steel industry has made great contributions to the development of China#39s steel industry and economic construction, and fully reflects the industrial culture and urban context of Anshan. During the process of urban renewal in Anshan, some industrial heritages have been demolished, and their protection and reuse are very urgent. However, there are few theoretical studies on the protection and reuse of these industrial heritages. They are at the level of value evaluation and classification of Anshan industrial heritage, and macroscopically. The research on the relationship between the development model and the urban development, micro-construction of entities, and protection and reuse of the space environment is still in the blank status quo.

Based on the full investigation of the Anshan industrial heritage, this paper proposes strategies and methods for adapting to the problems in the protection and reuse of the Anshan industrial heritage and combining the characteristics of the Anshan industrial heritage. Based on the quotlocal realityquot of Anshan, the company established an evaluation system for the value of industrial heritage in Anshan City, graded industrial heritage, and formulated hierarchical protection and utilization gradients according to different levels of industrial heritage. Integrating the protection and reuse of industrial heritage into the urban development of Anshan, the choice of industrial heritage reuse model based on the macroscopic level of the city was discussed. Combined with the industrial heritage#39s ontological conditions, diversified utilization patterns were adopted according to local conditions. Based on the principle of authenticity and territoriality, the method of protection and reuse of Anshan industrial heritage construction entity, internal space and external space environment is proposed.
